Chakra Meditation: Clear & Cleanse Your Energy Centers

Fee: $25 per person

Join me, as we gather together to relax and renew on an uplifting journey to Self-Healing. Let go of what no longer serves you. Open your heart to heal. Release anxiety. Balance your mental, physical and emotional being.

You will be guided through meditation to each of your energy centers, also known as “Chakras” as you clear, you release trapped stagnant energy and replace it with love, light & balance. Balanced energy centers have been known to help improve physical ailments, pain, anxiety, depression, and grief to name a few. We will set the intention to relax and feel safe in our gathering space. We will focus on breathing, gentle movement to open the body and prepare for our guided Chakra Clearing & Cleanse journey.

Our meditation session will begin seated or lying or down (your preference). We will ground ourselves and relax the body through guided breath work and Progressive Relaxation techniques. I will lead you through a gentle energy grounding Flexibility Flow to stretch the body and open our chakras. You will then sit or lie peacefully as I guide you on a safe journey through your energy centers. This session will also raise your awareness to those aspects or challenges in life that can affect our health and well-being, and where it is located in the body sometimes causing ailments and discomfort.

What to Wear: Comfortable loose fitted clothing. Dress in layers as body temperature may change during the session.

What to Bring: Water, a small blanket if you tend to get cold when in a peaceful state. A yoga/exercise mat and small pillow. (If you have back ailments bring a rolled up towel for a bolster). Chairs will be provided for those who wish to sit upright in a chair. Please leave valuables at home. *Cell phones must be turned off or in airplane mode during the event*
