No Meditation experience necessary. Just simply be present. I will guide the way.
Come experience a soul-satisfying guided meditation focusing on Spiritual Love & Self Care. The standard definition of LOVE otherwise called romantic love is a deep feeling of affection and passion that we experience for another person. There is another kind of LOVE, the spiritual kind. The spiritual definition of love is “a creation that allows us to experience a profound kind of connection within our own self, other people, thoughts, and things”. It’s a deep feeling of peace, joy, and happiness that comes from knowing that we are all connected to something much bigger than ourselves. When we experience spiritual love, we feel connected to the divine. We can also see the beauty in others and ourselves more clearly.
Spiritual Self-Care is when we establish a connection with one’s higher or real self, the aspect of you untouched by ego, fear and limiting ideas. This guided meditation will help you connect to YOU. Some may experience vitality, security, and freedom when aligned with your higher self. No matter what kind of chaos you may be experiencing, you start to feel balanced and supported. Spiritual self-care helps to quiet the mind and calm internal turbulence, creating space for you to start feeling and honoring the desires of your heart and connecting with the strength to make the necessary changes for the better.
A person’s emotional and spiritual well-being deeply impacts the mental and physical body. You can now make a conscious effort to look for ways to nourish this aspect of yourself.

What to Wear: Comfortable loose fitted clothing. Dress in layers as body temperature may change during the hour.
What to Bring: Water, a small blanket if you tend to get cold when in a peaceful state. A yoga/exercise mat and small pillow if you prefer lying down or sitting on the floor. (If you have back ailments bring a rolled up towel for a bolster). Chairs will be provided for those who wish to sit upright in a chair. Please leave valuables at home. *Cell phones must be turned off or in airplane mode during the event*
