Stretch & Flexibility Class - Esplanade at PR

We will be getting up and down off the floor. We will do poses lying on our back and on our belly and we may be kneeling for short periods of time.Important Note:This is a standing and mat class.

Please speak to me before registering if you:

• are unable to get up and down off the floor due to ailments or age related issues,

• are currently doing Physical Therapy or Post Surgery of any kind

• cannot lay on your back or belly for long periods of time

• suffer back, neck, shoulder, knee or hip issues.
