Important Note: This is a standing and mat class. We will be getting up and down off the floor. Please speak to me before registering if you are unable to get up and down off the floor due to ailments or age related issues, (otherwise chairs are provided to assist you if needed) or if you suffer major back issues that required past surgery or are scheduled for an upcoming surgery. Hearing Aids: The exercise room has odd acoustics and can be hard for those with hearing aids due to interference and noise in the device. If you wear hearing aids please speak to me before registering.
