Small Group Fitness Training Sessions
Total Body Fitness is an energetic group workout that includes strength, cardio, core
and abdominal exercises in one workout. We will work your entire body utilizing
body resistance and free weights. All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications
are provided so all fitness levels get exactly what they need.
Total Body Fitness sessions are Small Group Training Sessions instructed by a Certified Personal Trainer. You will be guided on how to perform your exercises and you will be assisted by your trainer on proper form and execution of the exercises for safety and effectiveness. Small group training allows the guidance of Certified Trainer without the cost of a personal session. An affordable way to work with a qualified trainer.

Tuesday's 8:30am - 9:30am
Classes held weekly. Registration is Required.
Location: Sport's Bar
Fee: $10 per session
Limited to 10 participants.
Sessions are booked in monthly packages.
Going away or you may miss a class? No problem, only pay for the sessions you can attend.
You will need: Water, Towel, and a set of 2, 3, 4 or - 5lb set of weights.
2lbs recommended for beginners, 4-5lbs advanced.
