· 2-Hour Small Group Session with a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor

· Quick Fix Warm Up Routine to open your body & muscles for the game.

· Flexibility & Stretch Routine for shoulders, low back, hips and core/rotation.

· Core Strengthening Exercises to help increase distance and core strength.

· You will be guided by Deanna how to perform all exercises and  stretches to ensure you can safely perform all exercises on your own.

· Take home instructions so you can do the program on your own.

· No exercise or fitness experience necessary. Beginners welcome.



Workshop fee is non-refundable once purchased. If a medical condition arises and you can no longer attend please speak to me.
